Regular black vinyl. Old. Discogs says 1982, though I guess that's not actually that old in the grand scheme of vinyl.
Personal Thoughts
Found this one at the lawn sale for the local record store when I first moved for pharmacy school. They let you take however much stuff you wanted for a donation, so I got this as well as the Oldermost CD and the Electric Blue vinyl and some stuff for my mom for all of four dollars. A steal truly. I only picked this one out because the title sounded cool. It's pretty relaxing instrumental music; I'd put it on a lot on Sundays.
